The United Nations Force Sergeant (国連軍の軍曹 Kokuren-gun no Gunsō, Funimation: Joint Force Sergeant), real name unknown, is one of the antagonist introduced in Plunderer. Along with other forces, he started the Abandonment War earlier and begin their invasion in Japan in 300 years ago.

The sergeant first appeared in Chapter 23, along with his army and made a surprise attack to 13th Special Military Forces School.

As the army arrived at school, the sergeant ordered his army to find the remaining Ballots and the "core". He also told his army that they're allowed to kill and rape the students, as this is a war to reduce as much humanity as possible.

Soon, the United Nations Forces had taken over the courtyard and captured Douan Taketora and Sonohara Mizuka. Because of this, the Class A students had no choice but to fight United Nations Forces while giving other students a chance to run away. Before they could do so, the sergeant had captured Ichinose Saki, Sakai Tokikaze and the others were soon all captured by the enemies as well. After they captured the Class A students, The sergeant realized that they're trainee soldiers and he found their fighting skills impressive. Due to this, the sergeant decided to become their "teacher" and teaches them what will happen when one of their friends killed in front of them. When the sergeant is about to kill Saki, Akui Genji went to save her and begging him not to kill her, as he was in-love with her and wanted to become her knight to protect her. The sergeant "agreed" his request and attacked Genji instead, stated that he won't kill her until Genji died first.

When the sergeant almost killed Genji, a lot of light orbs suddenly appearing from the ground and an "earthquake" happened later on, which soon revealed to be Sakai Rihito's powers that shake the ground. As soon as Rihito arrived in the speed of flash, the sergeant and his army were terrified at him and tried to kill him, but Rihito dodges the bullets easily due to his new power. When Rihito angered at how the army treated the girls earlier, the sergeant tried to attack him but Rihito defeated the army instantly.

After Rihito defeated the army, the sergeant stood up and revealed to the students that he had a bomb. Rihito tried to stopped him by destroy the controller, but the sergeant revealed that they have placed a nuclear bomb somewhere around the school, and that the switch is on the hands of his henchmen. The sergeant are trying to teaches Rihito some stuffs, such as killing a person will gives the humans a one day's worth of foods, the more they killed the more foods the humans can eat. The sergeant also stated that he actually like the idea of Non-Killing Army that Rihito's group went and that someone falling in love in the middle of war (Referring Geji protected Saki from almost killed), but if they never kill a person then the humanity will slowly die from starvation due to lack of resources.

After finished his lecturing, the sergeant start a countdown from 10, to active the nuclear bomb. Tokikaze, jumping in, was going to kill the sergeant, but Rihito quickly deflected him and decapitated the man himself. It was revealed by the sergeant that the bomb on his body, was fake. Before his death, he told Rihito to keep killing for humanity's sake and survive in the Abandonment War. With all of those troublesome, the sergeant was trying to proving a point: "In war, you have to kill to win. You cannot fight in a war without shedding blood".
